Los días 3 y 4 de abril tuvo lugar en Eurojust una segunda reunión de coordinación sobre las investigaciones relacionadas con las presuntas actividades delictivas conectadas con el bufete Mossack Fonseca.
Por invitación de los Miembros Nacionales de Alemania e Italia en Eurojust, la Procuradora General de Panamá, Sra. Kenia Porcell, y su delegación se reunieron con los representantes de las autoridades de investigación competentes de Alemania, Bélgica, Bulgaria, República Checa, España, Francia, Grecia, Italia, Letonia, Países Bajos, Polonia, Portugal, Suecia, Reino Unido, y Noruega.
El encuentro sirvió para intercambiar información acerca de las diversas investigaciones abiertas en los Estados participantes. Eurojust y las autoridades participantes quedaron agradecidas por la actitud proactiva y profesional de las autoridades del Ministerio Público panameño. Además, basándose en el constructivo ambiente de confianza mutua, los participantes acordaron continuar con la cooperación a fin de apoyar las investigaciones nacionales abiertas.

Eurojust: Two-day ‘Mossack Fonseca Papers’ coordination meeting
On 3 and 4 April, a second coordination meeting was held at Eurojust regarding the investigations of alleged criminal activities connected to the law firm Mossack Fonseca.
On the invitation of the National Members of Germany and Italy at Eurojust, the General Prosecutor of Panama, Ms Kenia Porcell, and her delegation met with the representatives of the competent investigating authorities of Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Spain, France, Italy, Latvia, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, the UK and Norway.
The meeting served to exchange information on the various ongoing investigations in the participating States. Eurojust and the participating authorities were grateful for the proactive and professional attitude of Panamanian prosecutorial authorities. Furthermore, based on the constructive atmosphere of mutual trust, the participants agreed to continue cooperation to support ongoing national investigations.
