marzo de 2026, se llev\u00f3 cabo, en la sede de la Fiscal\u00eda Regional de Cocl\u00e9, la r\u00e9plica del Curso Te\u00f3rico\u2013Pr\u00e1ctico de T\u00e9cnicas de Interrogatorio y Contrainterrogatorio en Juicio Oral con la participaci\u00f3n de fiscales provenientes de las fiscal\u00edas de Los Santos, Herrera, Veraguas, Bocas del Toro, Cocl\u00e9 y Chiriqu\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Esta jornada acad\u00e9mica tuvo como objetivo fortalecer las competencias de los fiscales de investigaci\u00f3n, en el marco del cambio de modelo de gesti\u00f3n, prepar\u00e1ndolos para una participaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s efectiva en la presentaci\u00f3n de casos ante los tribunales de juicio. La capacitaci\u00f3n se enfoc\u00f3 en el desarrollo de habilidades pr\u00e1cticas en litigaci\u00f3n oral, con \u00e9nfasis en interrogatorio, contrainterrogatorio, manejo de objeciones y uso estrat\u00e9gico de la prueba.<\/p>\n<p>La actividad fue coordinada por los fiscales Yamileth Pimentel y Frederick Montero, de la Secci\u00f3n de Asistencia a Juicio Oral, quienes adem\u00e1s lideraron el desarrollo de las distintas etapas formativas, estructuradas en componentes te\u00f3ricos y pr\u00e1cticos.<\/p>\n<p>La jornada inici\u00f3 con palabras de apertura de la fiscal superior de la fiscal\u00eda regional de Cocl\u00e9, Johany de Le\u00f3n, quien destac\u00f3 la importancia de la capacitaci\u00f3n continua como pilar fundamental para fortalecer el desempe\u00f1o dentro del sistema penal acusatorio. Asimismo, particip\u00f3 como expositora, desarrollando el tema relacionado con el manejo de las objeciones en juicio oral.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el primer y segundo d\u00eda, los participantes abordaron temas clave como la planificaci\u00f3n y estructura del interrogatorio, t\u00e9cnicas de contrainterrogatorio, manejo de objeciones, uso de declaraciones previas, as\u00ed como estrategias para refrescar la memoria del testigo, realizar aclaraciones y evidenciar contradicciones. Asimismo, se desarrollaron contenidos sobre el uso eficaz de la prueba documental, evidencia material y demostrativa, incluyendo su incorporaci\u00f3n en juicio a trav\u00e9s de testigos y peritos.<\/p>\n<p>En este \u00faltimo aspecto, se cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n del magistrado Samir Tejeira Arcia, del Tribunal Superior de Apelaciones del Sistema Penal Acusatorio en Cocl\u00e9, quien aport\u00f3 su experiencia en el manejo de la prueba para el convencimiento del tribunal.<\/p>\n<p>El tercer d\u00eda estuvo dedicado a la simulaci\u00f3n de un juicio oral, donde los participantes, organizados en equipos, asumieron roles de fiscales, defensores y testigos.
